- Orders are processed Monday–Friday and typically dispatched within 3–7 business days.

3. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final unless:
- The wrong product was shipped, or
- The item arrived damaged or defective.

Digital services, consultations, or coaching sessions are non-refundable, as the information and time provided cannot be returned.

- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Missed or canceled appointments without notice may result in forfeiting your deposit.
- All materials, strategies, and resources shared during consultations are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold.

6. Donations & Spycella Thrifts
All donations (items or funds) to Spycella Thrifts are given voluntarily. Once received, they become the property of Spycella LLC for distribution, sale, or charity use within our humanitarian mission.
Donors will not receive refunds or tax deductions for donated items unless otherwise stated.
