Delivery Details
1. What is the time frame for shipping?
All orders are shipped during weekdays, MONDAY-FRIDAY. It takes 3-7 days to dispatch them to the post office.
Delays may occur due to product availability or busy holiday seasons.
2. When can I expect to receive my orders?
- First-Class Packages: 2–8 days
- Priority Mail: 1–3 days
3. Can I return my product if I don't like it?
Returns are accepted within 14 days if:
- The product was unused
- The product was damaged or oxidized
- The wrong item was shipped
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. How do I track my order?
A tracking number is sent to your email after shipping.

5. Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once dispatched, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
6. Which courier do you use?
USPS, Shippex
7. What if I want an in-store pickup?
We are exclusively an e-commerce store and will not have a physical location until Spring next year.
In the meantime, we can provide local delivery for a fee of $5–$6.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the U.S., Haiti, and the Turks & Caicos Islands only.
9. My package was damaged. What should I do?
Email us immediately with:
- Order number
- Details of the damage
- A photo of the item and packaging
Keep all packaging and damaged goods — they may be needed for a claim with the shipping carrier.
10. Can my order be sent as a gift?
Yes! Email us your order number, state it’s a gift, and include any additional info for the package (personal note, recipient’s name, colors, etc.).
