Delivery Details

 

1. What is the time frame for shipping?

All orders are shipped during weekdays, MONDAY-FRIDAY. It takes 3-7 days to dispatch them to the post office.

If there are delays with your order, it relates to the products' availability or traffic seasons like the holidays.

 

2. When can I expect to receive my orders?

First-Class Package Orders are expected to be delivered within 2-8 days.

Priority Mails are expected between 1-3 days.

 

3. Can I return my product if I don't like it?

Returns are expected to be made within 14 days only if:

  • The product was not consumed/used.
  • The product was found damaged or oxidized.
  • It wasn't the right item you ordered.

Otherwise, no refunds will be processed. It's the customer's responsibility to pay for the return costs.

 

4. How do I track my order?

A tracking number is sent to your email to receive updates about your package.

5. Can I cancel an order?

Any order may be canceled if not already shipped. However, after being dispatched, no refunds and cancellations can be processed.

 

6. Which courier do you use?

USPS.

 

7. What if I want an in-store pickup?

We are exclusively an e-commerce store which means we don't have a physical location for pickups. However, our team can drive to you and deliver your items locally for a fee ranging from $5-$6.

 

8. Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, we do not ship in other countries than the U.S.

 

9. My package was damaged. What do I do?

Please, email us right away your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item's condition.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.

 

10. What if I want my order to be a gift?

If you want an order to be shipped as a gift, email us the order number and state "gift" including any other information we should add to your package (Personal Notes, Colors, The recipient's name, etc...)
